What is your shipping Policy?
As most of my work requires custom packing and shipping (or delivery!) I will need 7-10 days from the time of purchase to getting the piece onto a vehicle. From that point, the travel time really depends on your needs.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I always try to make sure that you will be completely happy with a piece before you finalize the purchase, either by sending images, bringing the work to your space to "try on" or encouraging you to use the Augmented Reality tools on this site. If there is an unforeseeable circumstance requiring a return or replacement after purchase, please contact me to discuss a solution!
If a piece arrives damaged, I will do everything I can to repair or refund the piece for you at no additional charge. Accidents do happen.
How can I keep up with your new work?
My newest work always hits Instagram first, as I often post "in progress" shots and bits of my thought process and inspiration. For completed projects, check in here and/or sign up for my newsletter. (see the behind-the-scenes tab)
